Product Features

This is a sheet used as a material to efficiently release the heat generated inside high-performance, miniaturized electronic products to the outside. It is a product that complements the shortcomings of metal sheets such as copper and aluminum that have been used in the past. It is a material that has good flexibility and excellent heat dissipation function as a graphite material and can be manufactured in v arious thicknesses and specifications.

Core technology

Mixed graphite sheet uniformly mixed with thermally conductive artificial graphite carbon fiber filler in mixed foamed graphite (1st foamed graphite particle size 30~50 μm + 2nd foamed graphite particle size 200~250 μm), density 0.8-1.65 g/cm3, Mixed graphite manufacturing technology with thermal conductivity thickness direction 5.0~8.5 W/m・K, plane direction 240~300 W/m・K

Technical Features

By mixing in thermally conductive artificial graphite carbon fiber filler, it improves the horizontal (X-Y axis) thermal resistance and the vertical (Z axis) thermal conductivity. It is an ultra-light, chemically resistant, slim structure with excellent assembly (attachment) and can be used in various heat dissipation solutions.

Application

HGS is a heat-dissipating material that mixes natural graphite and carbon fiber filler through a special process, and is widely used as a heat-dissipating material for various electronic devices such as LED displays, LED lighting, and electric vehicle electronics.
